With Remote Support, we have the ability to log in to your computer over the Internet to fix and repair the problem at hand. From viruses to just general cleanup, Remote Assistance can help, anytime, anywhere!

Most problems can be resolved through remote assistance, but there are some exceptions (when the computer doesn't have internet access).

Remote Assistance is great when you need a quick fix, or you need a technician to show you how to do something.

Remote Client:

There are three Remote software clients that we can use (depending on the situation) which are available for download here

1. One time connection based on UltraVNC
2. One time connection, has to initiated by the client who needs to send an ID No. and Password using TeamViewer
3. More reliable and robust solution is LogMeIn, this allows us to repair more serious problems and connect anytime

Please Note:

Remotely connecting your computer takes up alot of Internet usage. Please consult with your local Internet provider if you current Internet plan would adequately support a remote log in session (100 - 200MB is a high estimate). Payment has to payed before service can commence
