ONSITE

Some people aren't comfortable with unplugging the mess of wires at the back of the computer and hauling it off in the car, only to bring it back and forgetting where the cables go...

We can come to you! Normally the work is finished in the first hour unless the problem is severe and needs further diagnostics, we can take it offsite and only charge the offsite rate

Minimum charge is one hour

REMOTE

$35 /hr

For a little less than onsite, we can remotely login to the computer and repair whatever problem you might have - all from the comfort from your own home. No wrestling with wire or making time for a technician - all you need to do is run the remote client and you're done.

Our fast service is for those customers who need their computer fixed as soon as possible. Our fast service has a maximum turn over time of 24 hours - for those customers who needed their computer fixed yesterday!

TEACHING

Have a new computer but don't know where to begin? We can teach you the basics from sending your first email, creating your first presentation or publishing your first document.
